Booking and Reservations

Reservations should be made in advance through our website, email, or by contacting our customer service. A booking is confirmed only after receiving a booking confirmation from us. The booking confirmation will include details of the selected vehicle, rental duration, and pricing.

Rental Duration

The rental period starts and ends as per the details specified in your booking confirmation. Any extension of the rental period must be requested and confirmed in advance. Additional charges may apply.

Payment

A deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be specified in your booking confirmation. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, online bank transfer, or cash. Please confirm the accepted payment methods with our customer service.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be made in writing or via email. Cancellation charges may apply, and the amount will depend on the notice period before the rental date. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our refund policy.

Vehicle Selection

The vehicle you select during booking will be provided unless unforeseen circumstances necessitate a change. We reserve the right to upgrade the vehicle at no additional cost if the chosen vehicle becomes unavailable.

Driver and Chauffeur Services

Our chauffeurs are experienced and professional, dressed in appropriate attire. They will adhere to all traffic regulations and ensure your safety during the journey. Any additional requests or overtime for the driver should be agreed upon in advance and may incur extra charges.

Damage and Liability

The client is responsible for any damage or loss caused to the vehicle during the rental period. A security deposit may be required to cover potential damages and will be refunded after a vehicle inspection.
